1)Curb cut should not exceed 15' at Baker Hill Road.
FINDINGS:
The Planning Board approved the installation of a new driveway curb cut from Baker Hill Rd (side lot line) upon the information
submitted with the application and testimony by the applicant.
The Board determined that the following site plan criteria had been met:
1. The requested use protects adjoining premises against seriously detrimental uses. The new curb cut serves where it was originally
designed to be located in 1983.
2. The requested use will not have an effect on convenience and safety of vehicular and pedestrian movement within the site and on
adjacent streets, roads in the area. This is the last remaining lot to be built off a private street.
3. The requested use will have no effect on the relationship of structures and open spaces to the
natural landscape, existing buildings and other community assets in the area.
4. The requested use will not have an impact on city resources.
5. The requested use meets any special regulaions set forth in the Zoning Ordinance in section 350-11
