PUBLIC HEARING DECISION NOTICE
Tl1e Cen l-ral Business Architecture Conunittee held a public hearing on Wednesday,
January 21, 2009 at 7:00 p.7n. in the City Council Chambers, 212 Main Street,
Northampton MA. Pursuant to Northampton Ordinance Chapter 27, notice is hereby
given that a decision of the Committee has been filed in the City Clerk's Office on
January 27, 2009. At the public hearing, the Central Business Arcllitecture Committee
voted to approve the following application:
Trident Realty Corporation proposes to install a new door at 109 Main Street, on the
Gothic Street side of the building at ground level to access the basement. The proposal
tn~as approved as submitted, specifying the door be a flush metal installation with color
to match the grey stone on either side to the extent possible. Applicant must return to
the Conunittee if the proposal is deemed to not sleet building code regulations.
If anyone ~~~islles to appeal this action, an appeal must be filed pursuant to Chapter 27,
~~~ith the Office of Planning and Development on behalf of the Northampton Planning
Board and notice of said appeal filed with the City Clerl< within 21 days of the date that
this decision was filed ~~ith the City Clerk.
The plan is available for review in the Office of Plaruling and Development, City Hall,
210 Main Street, Northampton, MA.
